Online Classes 2024 - 2025 (in French)

Information
The Pilates classes take place in the comfort of your own home. You can take part in a live Pilates class online, via the application Zoom. This application is easy to access and is free.
The classes will be taught in French, however I can also cue participants in English. Each class will be recorded on Zoom and the recording will be available for participants in the live class for 14 days after the class. This enables participants to repeat the class if they wish to do so as well as giving participants to work with the recording later that week if they miss the 'live' class.
Small props such as a stretch bans, small ball, Pilates ring and dumb bells (or alternative), will sometimes be suggested for certain classes. You will be advised before the start of each series of classes what props will be proposed.

Tuesday evening 6.30pm - 7.25pm (Pilates for all levels) :
4, 11, 18, 25 March, 1, 8 April 2025 - 48€ for the 6 classes
Thursday evening 6.30pm - 7.25 pm (Pilates with the Swiss Ball)
6, 13, 20, 27 March, 3, 10 April 2025 - 48€ for the 6 classes
Payment
The fee for each series of classes is payable in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.

How to Sign Up
The number of participants is limited and inscriptions will be accepted on a basis of first come first served.
